It’s official. For many years you may have known us as DAT, TransCore, or a combination of both. Earlier this month we legally changed our name to DAT Solutions to reflect our growth and transformation as a provider of actionable information that you rely on, and to distinguish us from our sister company TransCore, a leader in RFID, tolling, and traffic systems.
Both TransCore and DAT Solutions are wholly owned subsidiaries of Roper Industries (NYSE:ROP), a diversified growth company and constituent of the S&P 500, Fortune 1000 and Russell 1000 indices.
Though the technology and delivery systems have changed greatly since the Dial-A-Truck load finder service was established in 1978, DAT remains the central marketplace where transportation professionals meet and transact business in the spot market.
The breadth of our portfolio of products has been inspired by your needs, and we are extremely excited about the new directions we are pursuing together in the freight rates, data analytics and fleet tracking areas of our business, along with DAT Keypoint transportation management software, and our fuel tax, titling and registration services.
The name change does not impact the products and services you use today. Over time you will notice our new logo and minor design changes. Our addresses and phone numbers remain the same, and our email addresses are all now @dat.com.
