CleanFleet’s quality control standards are second to none.
CleanFleet partners with more than 5,000 collection sites across the U.S., each one held to our rigorous standardized processes.
Consistency and accuracy are two of the central pillars of CleanFleet’s business. Regardless of the collection site, they follow the same set of strict internal procedures — from collection all the way to reporting the results — to protect the integrity of drivers’ specimens and the accuracy of test results.
CleanFleet delivers fast and reliable results.
You can depend on CleanFleet to provide accurate test results in as little as 24 hours.
No one likes waiting for test results — especially when hiring decisions are on the line. CleanFleet reliably reports negative results within 24 hours versus 3-4 days with other providers and runs confirmatory tests on non-negative screens to rule out any false positives. CleanFleet proactively calls labs to expedite the process so you’ll typically have all results back within 48 to 72 hours.
It’s easy to stay compliant with federal regulations.
Staying on top of all requirements can be complicated — especially if you’re not used to dealing with legalese.
Cultivating and maintaining a drug-free workplace requires a commitment to thoroughly understanding local, state, and federal laws — such as the Federal Motor Carrier Act and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse rules — in addition to strong program management skills. CleanFleet will help you with FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements to query and register drivers each year and during the hiring process as well as report failed drug test results or refusals to the Clearinghouse. CleanFleet will work with you to develop effective and up-to-date in-house compliance policies that can help you avoid expensive fines, high insurance premiums, and productivity loss, all while boosting employee safety, health, and loyalty.
CleanFleet develops and manages customized, full-service drug and alcohol testing programs suited to the specific needs and budgets of individual employers. Their programs include a range of testing services such as pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, return-to-work, and federally mandated random testing. They also provide consultation and a la carte services if you already have a handle on your testing programs and are looking for a little extra support.
They do! Keeping your employees — whether they’re new hires or have been with your company for years — up to date on regulations and best practices is key to maximizing safety and productivity. More than 65 percent of workplace accidents can be traced back to drug and alcohol misuse, and CleanFleet’s training programs are designed to provide a variety of educational options and tools to reduce risk and keep your employees safe.
Yes! CleanFleet has worked hard to make specimen collection as simple as possible for your drivers and employees. They are a national Drug & Alcohol Third Party Administrator with a network of more than 5,000 collection sites, and provide 24/7 on-site collection services. CleanFleet also manages random selection pools in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s minimum testing requirements.
All TPAs manage random selections and partner with collection site networks, but what puts CleanFleet ahead of the pack is their attention to detail and commitment to being thorough. Before your employee even goes to the collection site, they will have called to confirm that the location has proper staffing and equipment, gone over the paperwork and release forms for accuracy, and delivered that information to your DER. CleanFleet makes sure specimens are delivered safely to the lab, and will check in at the lab regularly until the results are ready.
All carrier operations with vehicles over 10,000 lbs are required to create and maintain driver qualification files within 30 days of hire. These files must include their application, previous employer inquiries, motor vehicle records, copies of medical cards and driver’s licenses, and more. Keeping the files updated can quickly become a time-consuming and exhausting task, but CleanFleet is also able to manage the driver qualification process for you. They work directly with drivers to create their files, provide employers with 24/7 online access to documents, and will even send notices when driver files need updating.
CleanFleet works hard to help carrier operations check all the necessary regulatory boxes so they can get back to delivering freight. CleanFleet specializes in legislation related to the trucking industry, workforce training, and drug program management. With them on your side, you can do what you do best, while they help keep you and your employees safe.
