We all know how important word-of-mouth is in choosing who we want to do business with. In the freight transportation industry, you’re often dealing with someone you’ve never met before. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a recommendation from someone you trust? That’s the idea behind a new feature we launched this week called Company Reviews.
Company Reviews gives members of the DAT network—carriers, brokers and shippers—the ability to rate and review companies they’ve worked with.
Like many other online review sites, DAT’s Company Reviews section enables members to post comments and assign companies one to five stars in key performance areas. You can also reply to comments and even request reviews from people you’ve done business with. It’s a great way to build your reputation among your peers and potential business partners on the DAT network.
The Company Reviews section is located within the DAT Directory, the same area that has contact information and other data on companies using DAT. A valid username and password is required for access. You can get to the DAT Directory from within your normal product pages or by visiting DAT.com/directory.
