Promotion Overview
1.1. The free upgrade promotion is offered by DAT Freight & Analytics to its carrier customers.
1.2. Eligible customers will receive a free upgrade to the next subscription level for a period of three months.
Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to all existing DAT carrier customers with active subscriptions to the following plans:
DAT One Standard
DAT One Enhanced
DAT One Pro
DAT One Select
DAT One Office
DAT Power Select
DAT Power Office
2.2. Customers with subscriptions to any other plans or services not listed above are not eligible for this promotion.
2.3. New customers who sign up for any of the above plans during the promotion period are also eligible.
Upgrade Details
3.1. Eligible customers will receive the following upgrades from July 23 date to October 23 date:
DAT Standard users will be upgraded to DAT One Enhanced.
DAT Enhanced users will be upgraded to DAT One Pro.
DAT Pro users will be upgraded to DAT One Select.
DAT One Select users will be upgraded to DAT One Office.
DAT One Office users will receive access to DAT’s Best-Fit Rates.
DAT Power Select users will be upgraded to DAT Power Office.
DAT Power Office users will receive access to DAT’s Best-Fit Rates.
3.2. The upgrade will be applied automatically within 5 business days of the promotion start date or the customer’s subscription start date during the promotion period.
3.3 DAT Assurance will be retained under the terms of the original subscription purchased by the account holder. It is not included as part of any upgrade promotion.
3.4 DAT Workgroups for truck posting will be retained under the current DAT Office subscription level. It is not included as part of any upgrade promotion.
Promotion Period
4.1. The promotion will commence on July 23 and end on October 23.
Post-Promotion Terms
5.1. At the end of the promotion, customers will revert to their original subscription level unless they choose to upgrade permanently at the prevailing subscription rates.
5.2. Customers may contact DAT customer service to discuss permanent upgrades or changes to their subscription plans.
Limitations and Exclusions
6.1. The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
6.2. DAT reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
7.1. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. All other terms and conditions of the customer’s existing subscription agreement with DAT remain in effect.
7.3. DAT reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, the customer’s existing subscription agreement, or engages in any fraudulent activity.
