The number of loads posted on DAT One edged 1% lower to 1.67 million last week, which is 11% lower year over year. Truck posts fell 5.5% to 317,457. Compared to Week 33 in 2019 (pre-pandemic conditions), load posts were up 9% and truck posts were down 17%.
DAT's Truckload Volume Index reported that spot truckload freight volumes in July were stable for the second straight month and up more than 10% year over year.
